There's something about 8 AM on a Sunday morning. The world is still soft. The light is golden. Your nervous system hasn't been pulled in a thousand directions yet. You're still close to your dreams, still connected to that liminal space between rest and waking. This is when the magic happens.
This is Soul Tuning. And it's happening at sunrise, in one of the most beautiful, grounded, LGBTQIA+ affirming sanctuaries in OKC.
For 60 minutes, I'll guide you through a live crystalline sound immersion designed to tune your nervous system, recalibrate your energy, and ground you in the frequency of regulation and ease. We'll work with Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and other acoustic instruments — all held in a container of deep rest, cellular release, and energetic alignment.
