The Sound & Stillness Soundbath Series is a seasonal sound bath designed to create space for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic renewal.

In each gathering, layers of sound are offered allowing vibration to gently move through the body and the surrounding energetic field. These frequencies interact with the nervous system in ways that encourage relaxation, clarity, and internal balance.
